Sharon Martinelli

Sharon Martinelli has been a Kitsap County resident for over 20 years. As the wife of a retired Naval Submarine Officer, she has experienced several PCS moves during their 21 year service, so she understands the importance of finding the “right” home in a new community while working on a condensed timeline. She has experience in purchasing a home while out of area as well as buying undeveloped land and building a “New Construction” Custom home. Sharon is an active volunteer in the community, working with the Central Kitsap School District as well as the CSTOCK and Bremerton Community Theatres. As a mother of 5 grown children, she is a local expert with vast knowledge of the local public school system as well as Olympic College.
